My husband just completed Beachbody's 3-Day Refresh Cleanse! He hadn't been feeling very well, so we decided to give it a shot. He really likes to do cleanses, but he said to me "I don't think I'm going to see or get results in just 3 days."
He wasn't a believer.
But he followed to instructions to a T, and 3 days later....
He is now a believer :)
